Delva started her career in real estate in 1977 and is fluent in French, and has represented large volume builders, developers, and numerous buyers and sellers. Delva started working with the public when she was only 12 years of age.
Michelle began her real estate career in 1991, lived and worked in the GTA for a bit of time and moved back to the area, and together, they are both members of the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association, and One Point Association of Realtors. They service the beautiful Georgian Bay areas of Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny Township, and Tay Township.
