WE JUST SOLD OUR COTTAGE!

It was a difficult decision to sell our cottage, on Farlain Lake in Tiny, after owning it for 29 years. We met with three agents and decided to engage Delva and Michelle Lacroix. We chose to go with Delva and Michelle due to the way they clearly informed us of their modern approach to marketing our cottage, their knowledge of the area and they made us feel that we would be comfortable working with them during our emotional process. They kept to the agreed listing timeline. The photos and virtual tour, including drone shots were great. Delva & Michelle kept us informed as to when our cottage was being shown & the comments made by the people that viewed it. We very quickly received an offer which after minimal back & forth we had a signed agreement with which we were pleased. It sold & closed in less than 5 weeks from the day it was listed.

Delva efficiently handled every step of the post agreement process for us including arranging for water samples and being there for the home inspection & bank appraisal. Delva was also able to recommend local lawyers to handle the closing on our behalf.

Michelle was a pleasure to work with.
